Hey friends and fans,
We thought we'd update you on what's going on in the collective life of Lamppost Revival.
First off, yes, it's true. We are taking almost the entire summer and fall quarter off. This has nothing to do with us not wanting to play together. Trust us, we already miss each other dearly. It has to do with our lives taking us to amazing places that make us hold off on music for a bit. This summer the beautiful Stephanie Olson is interning with a missions organization out in Chicago, and come September Adam will be leaving to study in France for a quarter.
Now time for some Q & A.
Q: So you aren't playing any shows between now and January?
A: False, we will be taking the last bit of August to play shows in Bellingham, Seattle, and Portland. We'll announce those dates on our Facebook page and Twitter account when everything is finalized.
Q: Is it true that there will be a live album coming out this summer?
A: Yes, that's true. The goal is to have it mixed and mastered by our shows at the end of August.
Q: Can we expect new music for the shows in August?
A: We make no promises, but Tyler has been spending time up in Bellingham working on new material. Hopefully we will have something new to show you at the end of the summer.
Q: I missed the opportunity to buy your shirt at one of your shows. Can I buy it online?

So there's our short little update. We just wanted to let you know what's going on and to reassure you that Lamppost is absolutely still together and going to be coming back in full force.
